Move Enforcement to WOF and COF Inspections

Enable automated purchasing of RUC units for convenience and efficiency.

Elimination of RUC License Concept

There should be no need for a licence. RUC units are purchased online and is linked to the vehicle’s registration on the NZTA Database of which law enforcement has access to.
